Biggest Loser Update


Last night we had a great workout!  We technically have 2 more workouts to go but only 1 more before we weigh out.  I have to admit that I am starting to wonder if I've lost any at all.  I know I've lost some because of how some of my clothes are fitting loser.  But there are times I wonder if it's all in my head.  If anything I know that I'm doing more than I have ever done as far!  I'm exercising at the very least an hour every day, eating right and drinking very little if any caffeine and I am drinking TONS of water!  That last one was easier than I thought.
