I Heart Faces ~ Smirk

This weeks theme over at I Heart Faces is...Smirk! According to Merriam-Webster's online dictionary smirk means, to smile in an affected or smug manner. As soon as I read this definition I knew which photo I would enter. It is a photo that I took of Sam before he went into surgery this summer. I had taken several photos and this last one he said it all with his face. You can hear him loud and clear saying, "Mom, I'm done with the photos!" How about you? Can you hear him too?
