Spring Break Is Over

Spring Break 2008 is now over. Actually it was over early Monday morning when I had to drag Sam out of bed and get him ready for school. Boy, he sure didn't like getting up that morning or today either. Today is spring picture day and he not only didn't want to get up but he also didn't want to put on nice clothes. Oh well son, you're going to wear them. Let's all just keep our fingers crossed that these pictures come out much better then his fall school pictures did. Didn't even begin to purchase the fall ones because I can't bring myself to purchase them when I don't like them just.

Speaking of pictures I have some to share with you all from our Spring Break trip. Sam and I went back home to Springfield, MO, to visit family. It was a very wet trip. As most of you probably know from watching any news over last week we were pretty much floating away. In fact a town next to where we were made the national news due to the flooding. Luckily on Thursday we had a wonderful day to go to Silver Dollar City. We all had a lot of fun! I would have taken quite a few more pictures while we were there but most of the time there was spent waiting in line to ride the rides that they have there.
