Andy and I made it through our weigh-in and our very first hour long workout. There are 80 contestants and we are divided into 3 teams. Our workout included walking/running/jogging 1 mile, sprints, stair work, jogging backwards, weight work with our arms including squats, push-ups, sit-ups/crunches and of course there was our warm-up and cool down. Yesterday morning I woke up feeling really great. I went to tap class which was an hour long and a really good workout in itself. Last night I took Sam on my walk and our route is 1.5 miles. Once I got the the last half mile I decided that I would jog some. I did a VERY SLOW job but I ended up jogging the whole last half mile! Let me tell you...I can feel it today! We go again to the Biggest Loser workout tonight and Andy and I plan to do our walk tomorrow morning as we are going to the Rangers game tomorrow night. Not only is it a game but since it is Friday night it is Fireworks! I did some shopping today so that we don't purchase a whole lot of "crap" to eat. We're trying to do this right in every area of our lives.

That's the best thing about Rangers Ballpark - you can bring in any food you want! We've done numerous picnics and it is definitely worth it!
Although, you should save room for some garlic fries...it's just not a Rangers game without them! =)
Sounds like you are off to a great start. Good luck.

Good for you Kim (and Andy too!) We recently changed our eating habits to be much healthier and it does make a difference! I've become an expert at reading labels! LOL! Keep up the good work and enjoy the game!
