I've been baking a lot of bread this week. When Sam and I were at my parents last week Sam started eating wheat bread with his sandwiches and for toast in the morning. He hardly ever eats wheat bread much less bread period lately. So I decided to try some homemade bread with him. I decided that I needed to make some bread with some flavors to them. The first one that I did was a
Chipotle Bread. Sam LOVED it! The next day I did a Pizza and Parmesan Cheese Bread. Devoured it! In fact in his prayer that evening at dinner he stated how much he loved the bread and hoped that I kept making it. Yesterday I made some Honey Wheat Bread which he liked but not as much as the first two. Today Andy came up with the idea to make some turkey and avocado grilled sandwiches which had a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a little bit of Miracle Whip Light on them with the honey wheat bread. WOW! They were just

Earlier this week I made a second loaf of the
Chipotle Bread because it had already been completely eaten. Tonight I'm making some more Honey Wheat Bread as that loaf is almost done. Guess I'll just have to see what comes to my mind to make next week. Stay tuned!
