Well I did it!
I walked 3 miles this morning! I'm quite proud of myself because of the fact when I first started this I would walk 1.5 miles and would be quite winded and worn out for a good part of the day. Now after walking for roughly 1 1/2 months 3 miles was a breeze and I feel pretty good! Of course my legs are sore but I can live with that. Now if I could just start seeing a difference in my body.
Being Friday and payday it was off to Wally World to do the shopping. Just for kicks I reset my pedometer and ended up walking another 3.9 miles! Now this does include walking in to the store, shopping and then back out to the car. Never knew that I walked so much just shopping for groceries!
